2026 Joy in Medicine Initiative (JIMI) Symposium - Forging New Paths: Strategies to Sustain Joy in Medicine - October 2, 2026
CALL FOR ABSTRACTS- Deadline to Submit: June 14, 2026
The 2026 JIMI Symposium is a full‑day, in‑person educational activity designed to advance physician and clinician competence and performance in sustaining joy and professional fulfillment in modern healthcare practice.
Why Attend?
The activity addresses well‑documented professional practice gaps related to clinician well‑being, leadership behaviors, practice environment design, and the responsible integration of innovation and technology. Through plenary sessions, applied strategy spotlights, role‑based interactive labs, interprofessional synthesis, and structured commitment‑to‑action exercises, participants will examine evidence‑informed approaches and translate learning into practical, role‑relevant strategies.
The symposium emphasizes moving from insight to action by equipping participants with tools, frameworks, and leadership behaviors that can be implemented within real‑world clinical and health system constraints.
