**Leadership Styles- Session 1: By the end of this session, you will have covered:
- Introduction to the Manager Development Pathway |Getting to know your cohort and the pathway requirements.
- The 8 Most Common Styles of Leadership | Gaining awareness of your dominant style and how to adapt it to the needs of your team.
**Vision and Communication- Session 2- By the end of this session, you will have covered:
- Setting a Vision for the Team | Sharing and debriefing in small groups the Percipio assignments.
- Effective Communication | Identifying practical techniques to effectively overcome barriers to communication.
**CliftonStrength- Session 3- By the end of this session, you will have covered:
- Discover Your Strengths |Leveraging your personal and professional strengths to develop team cohesion and job satisfaction.
- Create a Plan of Action |Applying today’s concepts to a current challenge.

Houston Methodist is accredited as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation.
