Employees using department funds to pay for their registration fees must either pay themselves and follow appropriate HM and HM department policy and procedures for reimbursement or arrange for interdepartmental transfer.
- Houston Methodist Purchasing Cards (P-Cards) MAY NOT BE USED to pay registration fees for Houston Methodist CME activities. Please refer to the P-Card Program Manual and P-Card FAQs located on the HM intranet for further information.
- In addition, payment vouchers submitted to accounts payable to pay registration fees WILL NOT BE PROCESSED by AP.
Interdepartmental transfers: Interdepartmental transfers for HM registration fees must be pre-arranged with Houston Methodist CME and the sponsoring department. Certain restrictions and approvals apply. Please contact the Office of CME for further information.
Parking Instructions:
- Self-parking entrance is located on Old Main St. (before turning on Travis St.), next to the Latitude Entrance.
- Retrieve your parking ticket and bring it with you.
- Park in the hotel garage, you can park on any parking stall starting on G4 (even if the parking space is reserved). Take the parking elevators to floor “B” for the Ballroom.
- At check-in, you'll receive a validation sticker. Place the sticker as indicated on your ticket.
- If you enter from the main hotel entrance, use the guest elevators and press “7” for the Ballroom.
