Unparalleled Physician Communication Series

In partnership between DEI, System Quality & Patient Safety, System Patient Experience, Professional Fulfillment & Experience, and the Department of Spiritual Care & Integration, the following courses and development opportunities are designed to cultivate skills related to communicating with colleagues, patients, and families using case studies. We also touch on practical communication skills with patients, along with subjects such as cognitive biases and microaggressions, with an eye towards cultivating self-awareness. Our goal is to help nurture and support advanced interpersonal skills.
