Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
- Describe the steps necessary to initiate, enhance, or participate in a wellness program in their practice settings, with the goal of observing measurable improvements in healthcare team morale and patient satisfaction
- Describe and apply methods to streamline clinical workflows, aiming to reduce the time allocated to non-patient-care activities, with a target of increasing patient face-to-face interactions.
- Describe, adopt, and routinely practice at least three individual and/or organization-based resilience-building techniques, with an expected increase in wellbeing.
