Transplant Grand Rounds: Patient Engagement Strategies to Improve Care and Increase Transplant Rates: Lessons Learned and New Directions
Nurses Learning Outcome:
Transplant Nurse Coordinators and transplant nurses will report via the post activity evaluation increased confidence in their ability to apply patient engagement practices that result in improved transplant rates and outcomes.
They will identify at least one new learning related to patient engagement strategies in transplantation they can put into personal practice.
