Transformational Leadership Workshop
Target Audience
Registered Nurses
Houston Methodist managers and directors who have not previously attended a transformational leadership workshop.
Learning Objectives
At least 50% of RN learners will: (1) list 2 characteristics of the transformational leader and (2) identify at least 1 potential change in practice to strengthen their individual leadership style based on their new knowledge of the role of a transformational leader in a Magnet organization.
