The Stroke Certified Registered Nurse (SCRN) examination evaluates the competence of nurses in stroke care, ensuring a reliable assessment of their specialized knowledge and skills in this critical field. Our SCRN Review Course at Houston Methodist is tailored to equip participants with essential test-taking techniques and a comprehensive understanding of the key domains tested, encompassing stroke-related anatomy and physiology, preventative care, acute stroke management, rehabilitation, and patient education strategies.
