Mobilizing patients requiring solid organ transplant or mechanical support can be challenging.  As medical management options have led to decrease in mortality, early mobilization is crucial in the process for success for this population of patient.  This interactive course focuses on the inherent complications to mobilizing including impaired exercise capacity, persistency weakness, suboptimal quality of life, and neuropsychological impairments.  Learn to best-practice guidelines in beginning early mobilization programs for SOT and MCS patients and hands-on mobilization strategies.
