Learning Objectives
Outcome:
Rehabilitation Nurses will be better prepared to provide high quality care to patients who have undergone solid organ transplant and require a period of rehabilitation care.
Outcome measure:
After attending this activity, rehabilitation nurses will report via the post activity evaluation increased confidence in their ability tp provide high quality care to rehabilitation patients who have undergone solid organ transplantation. They will identify at least one new learning related to rehabilitation after transplant.
