PROSCI Change Management for Managers: Leading Your Team Through Change
This is a one-day course. You must attend the full day to claim credit.
This program gives Managers and Directors like you the tools and skills necessary for understanding and processing change yourself and then successfully leading your teams through change. Using this program and accompanying toolkit, you will evaluate changes that are happening in your organization and the impacts changes will have on you and your team. With this understanding, you will learn to use the Prosci ADKAR® model to assess your team and create action plans to lead them through current and future changes.

RNs, Social Workers, and all others.

Nursing Learning Outcome:
Nurse Leaders attending this activity will report via post activity survey being better prepared to lead employees and groups of employees through organizational and departmental change. Leaders will identify strategies for applying the components of the ADKAR model to coaching for change in their role and setting.
