- By the end of this session, participants will be able to describe how Huddle Boards and Tiered Huddles support Daily Management, select meaningful pillar-based metrics relevant to their clinical area, and use visual management tools (run charts, pareto charts, and countermeasures) to improve communication, strengthen problem-solving, and enhance patient care, team engagement, and operational reliability at the unit level.
- By the end of this session, participants will be able to describe the role of Rounding and Leadership Standard Work, develop a personalized Leadership Standard Work plan, and apply purposeful process rounding to improve accountability, sustain best practices, strengthen staff engagement, and support reliable patient care and operational performance in their clinical areas.
