PM Session Info: This session will help you understand the Wright Competency Assessment Model and how to bring it to life. We will explore how to successfully implement this competency philosophy, as well the common barriers you may encounter along the way. We will discuss infrastructure, systems, accountability, and how to get buy-in at all levels. It is possible to create a competency process that is simple and sustainable, and even a little fun!
