Open Aortic Training Course 2023 - Participant

Accommodations for Out of Town Attendees
- $200 reimbursement per person for learners from out of town. You must stay the whole course to qualify, and we need to collect your address for the letter of agreement (LOA) you must sign to receive reimbursement payment from us.
