1. Apply clinical practice guideline recommendations to appropriately dose antineoplastic agents
2. Design an evidence-based treatment dosing regimen for a patient with cancer and liver impairment
3. Evaluate weight-based dosing strategy of antineoplastic agents in patients with obesity and cancer
