Learning Objectives
Nursing Objectives:
- Describe key legal principles relevant to obstetric nursing practice and their implications for patient safety and clinical decision-making.
- Identify common areas of legal risk in the care of obstetric patients and the nursing actions that mitigate those risks.
Learning Outcome:
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will self-report enhanced knowledge and confidence in integrating legal principles into safe and effective obstetric nursing practice.
