Nursing Learning Outcome:
At the conclusion of part 2, nurse planners will self-report an improvement in both knowledge and skills, encompassing writing, collecting, and analyzing learning needs assessments, formulating effective learning outcomes aligned with professional practice gaps, establishing connections between learner needs and specified outcomes, and employing appropriate evaluation methods, in the post-activity evaluation tool. Additionally, they will effectively apply their newly acquired knowledge and skills in their real-world work environment, substantiated by the audit data of activity documents in six months, indicating a tangible shift in practice
