The Center for Nursing Research, Education, and Practice in partnership with Nursing Executive Leadership invite all Nurse Managers to join us for this Leadership Series. 

Target Audience

Registered Nurses

Learning Objectives

On completion of the activity, registered nurses should report enhanced knowledge of the principles of accountability in leadership, strategies for building accountability within teams, and the impact on leadership effectiveness. They will identify at least one strategy to promote accountability as reflected in the post-activity survey.
