Nurse Manager Intensive - Leadership Accountability

Houston, TX US
October 26, 2022

Between high rates of turnover and the COVID 19 pandemic, Houston Methodist nurse leaders have faced new and challenging situations. During initial nurse manager interviews, the nurse managers reported to Gail Vozzella, HMH Chief Nurse Executive, the need for continued education and further development of management styles and techniques. In response the HMH Nurse Manager Leadership Intensive Lecture Series was created. The HMH Nurse Manager Leadership Intensive Lecture Series is designed for both new and established nurse managers. The program will provide knowledge of leadership principles and how they can be applied to each individual nursing environment.

The Center for Nursing Research, Education, and Practice in partnership with Nursing Executive Leadership invite all Nurse Managers to join us for a six course Leadership series.
