  • Understand the definition of the righting reflex and how it can impact the relationship between the leader and the employee.

Nursing Learning Outcome: 

Upon completion of this activity, learners will report that their knowledge and skills about Motivational Interviewing techniques to effectively communicate with patients has “fairly or greatly increased.” In addition, participants will identify at least one new learning related to the topic that they intend to incorporate into their professional practice.
