Learning Objectives
Nursing Learning Outcome:
On completion of the activity, nurse leaders should be able to describe strategies for cultivating an environment of growth and development, communicating effectively, and building strong teams that they will apply to personal practice as reported in the post-activity survey.
- January 11: On completion of the session, nurse leaders should be able to describe strategies for cultivating an environment of growth and development within their team that they can apply to personal practice as reflected in the post-activity survey.
- January 25: Nurse leaders attending this session, will report via the post-activity survey one new learning related to effective communication that they will apply to personal practice.
- February 8: On completion of the session, nurse leaders will report via the post survey at least one new learning related to building strong teams that they can apply to personal practice.
Participants MUST attend ALL three sessions to receive Nursing Contact Hours.
