
The Heart of Care: Patient Experience That Heals - 2025
This session focuses on building trust and strengthening patient experience through consistent, compassionate care. Participants will explore transparency, empathy, and consistency as foundational trust-building behaviors, while identifying barriers (time constraints, communication issues, emotional/behavioral challenges, fear of blame) that can compromise patient care. Practical tips, tools, and strategies are shared to enhance team culture and improve overall patient satisfaction.
