Recognizing red flags, physical and behavioral warning signs of trafficked persons while providing care. Developing an understanding of the sub-culture, language/terminology, as well as the internal and external reporting procedures for adults and minors.

- Define human trafficking and distinguish it from human smuggling
- Identify common indicators and warning signs of labor and sex trafficking
- Describe the physical, psychological, and social impacts of trafficking on victims
- Describe the role healthcare professionals play in identifying and responding to human trafficking
