Learning Outcome:

Nurses attending this course will be able to provide high quality care based on an enhanced understanding of pathophysiology and pharmacology related to management of conditions seen in the acutely ill patient who requires enhanced interventions and monitoring. They will be prepared to anticipate care needs, recognize changing conditions, initiate early interventions and provide accurate anticipatory guidance for patients in the progressive care setting.

    1. If you are parking in Garage 1 (Fannin) or Garage 7 (John Freeman), walk to the Main Cafeteria, make a right and look for the Main Building Bertner Elevators. 
    1. Go to the 4th floor, and you will see Main 4 signage "Center for Nursing Research, Education & Practice"; make a right and enter the double doors.
    2. Use your badge to access the second set of double doors. 


    Directions:

    If you are parking in Josie Roberts- take the shuttle to the Research Institute (RI),  go to the Research Institute entrance and keep straight, head toward the Marketplace Cafeteria, and make a left and look for the Main Building Bertner Elevators.
