Nurses completing the Foundations of Neuroscience Nursing should be able to provide high quality care grounded in evidence based best practices related to knowledge of neurologic assessment, understanding underlying pathophysiology, anticipation of care needs, recognition of changing conditions, and initiation of interventions for neuroscience patients along the continuum of care.
