Learning Objectives

Nursing Learning Outcome:

On completion of the activity, Registered nurses will report via the post-activity survey, new learning related effective communication strategies, employee engagement tools, and leading with a service mindset that they will incorporate into personal practice.

  • October 05: On completion of the session, Registered nurses will report via the post-activity survey, at least one new learning related to effective communication that they will incorporate into personal practice.
  • October 19: On completion of the session, Registered nurses will report via the post-activity survey, one technique/tool related to increasing employee engagement that they will apply to personal practice.
  • November 2: On completion of the session, Registered nurses should be able to identify one new learning related to effective time management and leading with service mindset that they will incorporate into personal practice as reflected in the post-activity survey.

They will create a short presentation to share in class on the take-aways gained from the course.
