September 19, 2024

When conflict arises, how equipped are you to manage what happens next? Learn resolution strategies for managing conflict and identify ways to reconnect to the vision and values of Houston Methodist.

Conflict is an inevitable part of everyday life, yet it is often considered challenging.  In this Emerging Leader Program course, participants will begin to explore the root causes of conflict, as well as reflect on the effects of prolonged conflict in the workplace. By building this awareness, participants will begin to identify strategies for managing conflict and working toward future conflict resolution, while also reflecting on how to use these opportunities to reconnect to the vision and values of Houston Methodist.

  • Review common causes for workplace conflict and reflect on the result of continued workplace conflict
