Emerging Leader Program: Upholding Vision and Values - April - June 2023

When conflict arises, how equipped are you to manage what happens next? Learn resolution strategies for managing conflict and identify ways to reconnect to the vision and values of Houston Methodist.

Conflict is an inevitable part of everyday life, yet it is often considered challenging.  In this Emerging Leader Program course, participants will begin to explore the root causes of conflict, as well as reflect on the effects of prolonged conflict in the workplace. • Review common causes for workplace conflict and reflect on the result of continued workplace conflict
