Emerging Leader Program: Leading Change - January 2023

January 31, 2023

As a leader, do you feel fully equipped to lead during times of change? Be introduced to high-level change management strategies in order to understand why change can be difficult and develop tools to help motivate and build resilience in our teams during times of change.

In this Emerging Leader Program course, participants will begin breaking down the elements of change, exploring what makes change difficult, and identify how these pieces can impact the success of the overall process. By reflecting on change management principles and strategies, participants will identify how to motivate teams in times of change by focusing on the bright spots and utilizing change management techniques to facilitate successful change through modeled resilience.

  • Identify how the brain chemically reacts to change within its environment
  • Review specific elements that make up change and how those elements impact the overall success of change
