Mindset matters! Explore the importance of having a Growth Mindset and how shifting your mindset can help you better develop others.
As leaders, providing helpful feedback is a critical tool for developing others. In this Emerging Leader Program course, participants will have the opportunity to understand the power of a Growth Mindset and how shifting that mindset helps leaders provide opportunities for developing ourselves and others.
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Review Growth Mindset Theory and assess its relevance to your development
- Practice providing feedback with a growth mindset

Nursing Learning Outcome:
On completion of this activity, registered nurses will report via post activity survey new learning related to growth mindset theory and its relevance to development that they will apply to personal practice.
