Emerging Leader Program: Building Trust - April - June, 2023
Strong leadership is built on trust. Discover tools for maintaining strong relationships and developing ways to foster a climate of trust within your teams.
Building consistent leadership behaviors, habits, and skills can help leaders develop a culture of trust amongst their teams. In this Emerging Leader Program course, participants will have the opportunity to explore strategies for constructing a strong leadership foundation through understanding the critical role of influence, power, and trust.
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Discover the DNA of leadership and discuss the behaviors that effective leaders practice
- Understand the critical role of influence, power, and trust in leadership
- Develop consistent leadership habits that build a culture of trust for our teams

Nursing Learning Outcome:
On completion of this activity, registered nurses will report via the post-activity survey at least one leadership behavior that they can incorporate into personal practice to build trust among the team.
