
Delirium committee meeting: Emergency Department wait times and delirium in older adults
- To be able to state factors that lead to increased delirium in the emergency department in older adults
- To be able to describe the relationship between time in emergency department and outcomes in older adults
- To be able to give an example of an intervention that may be able to help reduce delirium for older adults in the emergency department.

After completing this activity, at least 80% of registered nurses will self-report an improvement in their knowledge about delirium recognition, prevention, or management.
