Overview
This activity is designed to enhance awareness and understanding of physician burnout—a growing concern impacting healthcare professionals. Participants will explore the prevalence of burnout among clinicians, examine its underlying causes and risk factors such as workload, organizational culture, and emotional strain, and evaluate both individual and systemic approaches to prevention and recovery. The course emphasizes practical coping strategies, self-care techniques, and evidence-based organizational interventions aimed at promoting clinician well-being and fostering a healthier work environment.
