Learning Objectives

1. Apply updates in the treatment options for the management of heart failure with reduced ejection fraction (HFrEF) and heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF)
2. Identify medications that should be used with caution in patients with heart failure
3. Interpret results of biomarker testing in the context of active angiotensin receptor neprilysin inhibitor (ARNI) therapy
