Registration Instructions:

1. If you are an employee of Houston Methodist, please login by clicking the Houston Methodist login button and proceed to create your profile and to register for your activity.
2. If you are not an employee of Houston Methodist:

• And you have not already done so, please create an account, by clicking the “Create new visitor account” button. Then you may proceed to create your profile account and register for your selected activity.
• And you have previously created a profile, you may proceed to register for your activity, by clicking the “Visitor Login” button.

You do not have to setup an account profile to attend the registered activity. However, it is highly recommended to create one in case you need to keep track of your educational history while attending activities at MITIE or Houston Methodist.

Under the “Register” button/tab, click on the “Take Course” button to continue with the registration process.

3. Please proceed with your registration by clicking the “Take Course” button above.
