  1. Review the indications, mechanism of action, and common side effects of quetiapine 

  2. Evaluate current literature on quetiapine for delirium management

  3. Discuss clinical pearls and application of quetiapine in the clinical management of delirium

After completing this activity, 80% of registered nurses will self-report an improvement in their understanding of delirium recognition, prevention, or management. They will indicate that their knowledge increased fairly or greatly on a scale of 0-4 (not-slightly- somewhat-significantly-greatly).
