  • Specify comprehensive interventions that address both individual and neighborhood-level factors that are considered necessary to effectively mitigate cardiovascular disease disparities.
  • Recommend multisector collaborations that integrate advanced technologies, such as GIS and telehealth, to achieve sustainable solutions for reducing cardiovascular health inequities.
