10th Annual Houston Methodist Cancer Symposium - EXHIBIT REGISTRATION

Houston, TX US
August 12, 2022

You are NOT confirmed to exhibit until you register.

Registration deadline: August 5, 2022

Dear Corporate Partner,

It is our pleasure to invite you to join our upcoming certified continuing education conference which will take place both live and virtually (hybrid) on Friday, August 12, 2022, in Houston, Texas.

The Symposium will bring together Houston Methodist scientists and physicians from a broad spectrum of fields, including basic, clinical and epidemiological research. There has been an explosion of translational science in the areas of genomics and targeted therapies. The goal of “personalizing therapies” to cancer patients would be appreciated in context of genomic heterogeneity and available target therapies. There is a crucial need to address these developments from a multidisciplinary group of experts. This symposium hopes to facilitate interactive participation towards improving patient care, research collaboration and leading medicine.

Based on previous conference attendance, we are expecting over 200 attendees to attend virtually – all potential customers for your products and services. I encourage you to take full advantage of this great opportunity.

Exhibiting will showcase your products and services with target audiences who will attend this Symposium. Further benefits of exhibiting at the conference include:

  • Exposure to over 200 attendees, including physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and residents/fellows
  • Dedicated time during breaks to allow attendees to visit your exhibitor booth
  • Build visibility for your company in a competitive marketplace
  • Expand your prospective position and strengthen existing customer relationships
  • Recognition in the program syllabus and other conference materials

Exhibitor Hours: 7:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

FEE: $1,200.00

  • One 6’ x 3’ table top exhibit with two chairs
    • Exhibit table will be in either the main hallway of the main exhibit room. Preference for booth location will be based on the order in which the applications are received.
