Houston, TX US
October 21, 2022 to October 22, 2022

EXHIBITOR/SPONSOR REGISTRATION

You are NOT confirmed to exhibit until you register.

Registration deadline:

Dear Corporate Partner,

It is our pleasure to invite you to exhibit at our thirteenth annual Myasthenia Gravis Conference hosted at the Houston Methodist Research Institute on Friday, October 21, 2022 until Saturday, October 22, 2022. On behalf of our Course Director Dr. Sheetal Shroff, the Office of Continuing Medical Education (CME), and the Houston Methodist Neurological Institute (HMNI) we graciously extend the opportunity for you to join us as an exhibitor and/or sponsor!

This program is to familiarize health care professionals including neurologist, and non-neurologists regarding clinical presentations and evaluation of patients with acquired neuromuscular junction disorders, including myasthenia gravis, Lambert Eaton myasthenic syndrome in order to enable care providers the ability to diagnosis and manage the myasthenic patient in the acute and ambulatory care settings and minimize disease morbidity and mortality.

It is important to recognize symptoms of myasthenia gravis such as dysphagia to prevent aspiration pneumonia and respiratory distress to prevent respiratory failure leading to intubation. Post-operatively close monitoring of airway and non-invasive ventilation by nurses can prevent unnecessary intubation. Our educational conference provides awareness to improve recognition and initiate appropriate treatment of myasthenia gravis.

We estimate that this annual conference will attract approximately 70 in-person attendees and 90 virtual attendees – all potential customers for your products and services.

I encourage you to take full advantage of this excellent opportunity to network with your target market as an exhibitor. Exhibiting companies will have the opportunity to share their educational materials and interact with participants.

Due to our limited number of exhibit openings, we hope you will take this opportunity and contact us now to register.

Sponsorships are also available for purchase.

Please feel free to contact cralls@houstonmethodist.org if you have any questions or need additional information.

Sincerely,

Sheetal Shroff, MBBS
