- Describe the 2025–2030 academic strategic plan, including key initiatives such as Digital Health & AI, Transplant Oncology, and Bioengineered Therapeutics, and how these align with national benchmarks and institutional goals for NIH funding and research infrastructure.
- Analyze the integrated research-clinical model at Houston Methodist, including the bedside-to-bench-to-bedside approach, and discuss how this model accelerates therapeutic development and supports precision medicine.
