1. Apply patient characteristics to determine an optimal monitoring strategy for patients on therapeutic heparin
2. Recommend an appropriate anticoagulation regimen for antithrombin (AT) deficiency
3. Develop an evidence-based treatment strategy for a patient with heparin-induced thrombocytopenia (HIT)
