Target Audience

The target audience for this activity is: physicians in Medical Director roles.

Educational Objectives

• Participants will develop and refine core leadership competencies essential for the medical director role, including strategic thinking, decision-making, conflict resolution, and the ability to guide multidisciplinary teams toward organizational goals.
• Participants will develop effective communication and collaboration skills, enabling them to foster a culture of teamwork, share best practices, and build strong relationships across physician and administrative teams.
• Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of critical non-clinical areas—including quality and patient safety, finance, operational strategy, and regulatory requirements.
• Participants will learn actionable approaches to improve team management, drive organizational performance, and implement initiatives that enhance both physician engagement and patient outcomes.
