Statement of Need
The purpose of this M&M session is to provide a structured forum for the review and discussion of recent cardiology cases, with an emphasis on patient safety, clinical decision-making, and the prevention of adverse outcomes. Through this process, healthcare providers will gain insights into their clinical practice, identify opportunities for improvement, and engage in meaningful discussions on how to enhance patient care.
