Overview
There is a need for physicians, residents, and fellows to continually update their knowledge in the treatment of obstetrics patients. The American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology requires that physicians must participate in continuing medical education activities pertinent to their field of specialty. Educational methods will include lecture, case presentations, and question & answer session. Participants will be asked to complete an activity evaluation.
Target Audience and Needs
The target audience for this activity is: attending physicians, residents, fellows, pharmacists, researchers, etc. participating in the care of obstetric patients. Meeting is open to all staff and medical staff members of Houston Methodist Willowbrook Hospital.
Accreditation/Credit Designation
This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the accreditation requirements and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
