Overview

This monthly series is designed to provided teaching and mentorship skills to clinical teaching faculty at IM-TW to prepare them to be effective educators as they start a new residency program.

Target Audience and Needs

The target audience for this activity is: target audience groups.  

Objectives

At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:

  • Identify best practices for effective feedback, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Recognize the educator's role in creating and maintaining a positive learning environment.
  • Discuss how to enhance diversity, equity, and inclusion through addressing biases and microaggressions.
