Foundations of Progressive and Critical Care (FPACC) Day 2

According to managerial teams and the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN), robust education activities are required to facilitate positive learning opportunities, potentially leading to improved patient outcomes.  Foundational education for both progressive and critical care service lines is required to ensure succinct and consistent education and learning to close the learning gaps of knowledge and skills required to provide care in progressive and critical care environment.  By allowing for the combination of progressive and critical care cohorts to learn together, they establish relationships amongst each other and start working cohesively. The AACN endorses the need for progressive care and critical care education (AACN, 2023).  This course is a four- day activity, offering multi-system education for the progressive and critical care patient, as noted below.
