Nursing Learning Outcome:
On completion of the activity, nurse leaders should be able to describe strategies for cultivating an environment of growth and development, communicating effectively, and building strong teams that they will apply to personal practice as reported in the post-activity survey.
They will also create and present a plan of action for a current challenge.
