Prosci Change Management for Physician Leaders: Leading Your Team Through Change - October 15, 2026
Prosci's Leading Your Team Through Change program is designed to equip physician leaders with practical change leadership skills needed to successfully lead teams through organizational change. Participants will explore foundational change management concepts, review evidence-based change management best practices, and learn to apply the Prosci ADKAR® Model to support individual change adoption. The course also emphasizes the physician leader's role in leading change through the CLARC framework by serving as a Communicator, Liaison, Advocate, Resistance Manager, and Coach. Upon completion, learners will be better prepared to guide teams through transitions, foster engagement, manage resistance, and support sustainable change outcomes.
