- Describe the increasing rates of relapsing pericarditis (RP) after a first episode and second episode.
- Identify four established predictors of RP flares.
- Explain the application of newly developed risk scores (ie, the Athens, Torino, INFLA, and Klein scores) for predicting RP relapse or remission.
- State why exercise restriction is an important pillar in the management of RP.
