The Annual Neuroscience Nursing Symposium is a one-day event in which learners will explore the care of the neurological patient through the perspective of the Neuroscience Nurse.

All proceeds from this course benefit the Neuroscience Nursing Education Fund to provide educational opportunities for the bedside Neuroscience Nurses at Houston Methodist Hospital.

Nursing Learning Outcome:
Upon conclusion of this neuroscience symposium, nurses will have developed the knowledge necessary to effectively manage patients with neurological disorders, incorporating current neuroscience advancements and evidence-based strategies. This will be reflected in their self-report of enhanced knowledge and perceived ability to apply these concepts, as indicated in the post-activity survey.
